Notes and comparisons
The appointment planner, symptom notes and care checklist process entries in the current browser page. Their scripts do not send entries to the website, clinicians, analytics services or provider accounts. They do not save entries in cookies, local storage or a server database. Leaving or refreshing the page discards entries held by the tools.
Your browser, extensions, device, form-history settings and print services operate independently. On shared devices, check that nobody else can see the screen or retrieve a printed or saved copy. Avoid including names, contact details or other identifiers.
Printing
The print action opens your browser’s print interface. Printing or saving a PDF creates a copy under your control. The website does not receive that copy. Keep it private and dispose of it appropriately.
Search
The topic search loads a public page index from this website and matches the words you type within your browser. Search terms are not submitted to a clinician or used to create a health profile by this tool. Do not use search as a way to request emergency support.
Ordinary website requests
Opening pages and loading the public search index involves requests to the web server. Hosting, security and caching services may process ordinary connection information such as IP addresses, request times and requested URLs. WordPress sign-in and administration can use cookies. These processes are separate from the browser-only health-note tools.
No public newsletter, visitor account registration, clinical booking form or advertising pixel has been added as part of this website installation. This statement is not an audit of all hosting infrastructure, browser extensions or future configuration changes.
