MENOPAUSE & MIDLIFE / Information for better care conversationsNeed urgent help?

Find the right kind of care

Compare menopause consultations, psychological support, residential treatment and wellbeing services by purpose, expertise and continuity.

The first question is not “Which provider is best?” It is “What kind of help am I looking for, and who is qualified to provide it?” Use these guides to build a shortlist with that distinction in mind.

Four routes, different purposes

A menopause consultation is for assessment and symptom-management decisions. Psychological support addresses emotional or behavioural concerns. Residential clinical treatment is a separate decision about an assessed mental-health or addiction need. A wellness or healthspan stay should be judged on its defined scope, not assumed to provide all three.

Prepare a shortlist, then verify

Ask about the named practitioner, relevant qualifications, actual location, available services, follow-up and full cost. Use our provider profiles as a starting point, not a guarantee of availability or suitability.

You do not have to book abroad

Explore care close to home before assuming travel is necessary. When a service is abroad, make a separate plan for prescriptions, results and follow-up after returning. A website address or local phone number is not evidence of a residential facility in your country.
